Did you know that Salisbury University developed an inclusive and objective self-assessment, the ABCD Framework, to support individuals, teams, departments, organizations, and institutions in achieving their goals?  We are excited to learn more from guest speaker, Robby Chin.

Developed by SU's Inclusion, Access, and Belonging Division, the ABCD model helps participants identify strengths, recognize opportunities for growth, and address potential barriers to success. Through a non-biased lens, the framework encourages continuous improvement, fosters a growth mindset, and provides a structured approach to advancing effectiveness and engagement across diverse areas of expertise.

About our Speaker

Robby Chin is a Program Administrative Specialist in Salisbury University’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion. His primary role is to coordinate a peer mentoring pre-semester program to help incoming students have a strong and successful transition into college life. Within his roles and responsibilities, he’s charged with collaborating with the entire university campus to help synchronize efforts and programing to support student development, engagement, and overall retention towards commencement.
