Session Description:

Project management is at the core of the role of an HR Leader. With a variety of projects under their purview, from attracting new hires to launching new initiatives, having an effective project management process to lean on can reduce “crisis” and increase your projects’ success rate. We know that complex projects are vulnerable to unique challenges, so in this session, we will outline a clear process for tackling these challenges, while also learning proactive and strategic planning tools to avoid project management mishaps in the first place.

Objectives:
• Understand how to gain feedback from key stakeholders and define clear, measurable, and meaningful goals that align with company strategic plans.
• Learn steps to achieve long-term goals on schedule by scaffolding smaller milestones along the way.
• Assess your time, treasure, and talent effectively throughout the project management process.
• Learn to create a delegation statement and understand when and what to delegate.
