Ms. Rodden is the Principal of Life Forward, LLC and an iPEC certified Life Coach. She is a member of the International Coaching Foundation and long-time member and past Board Officer of the Project Management Institute - Montgomery County Chapter, she has reinvented herself both professionally and personally and discovered when you approach life and business with curiosity, conscious choice, and a growth mindset – challenges turn into opportunities for success and greater personal and professional satisfaction. With her prior career path focused on healthcare management and advocacy in corporate and non-profit settings, she further developed her skills in core energy coaching, and acumen in organization growth and leadership, mentoring and management development.
