Speaker: Jennifer Williams, Executive Director Mid Shore Community Mediation Center

Jenn Williams is the Executive Director of Mid Shore Community Mediation Center. Since 2011, Jenn has worked in all aspects of non-profit management, from providing direct service to board membership. She is a restorative practices trainer and certified community mediator. She attended Hood College and Salisbury University, where she completed an M.A. in Conflict Resolution.

Course Description: In this hour-long workshop participants will learn the essential elements for embarking on the organizational strategic planning process. Workshop topics include how to engage stakeholders early and meaningfully, anticipating and addressing conflict in the process, defining roles and responsibilities for staff and Board members, and how to scaffold the process to enhance efficiency.
